The two year programme is designed around you and your career development. Ultimately, it is about finding the most suitable role for you in the organisation where you can most add value, grow and reach your potential.  You drive your career; we support you along the way.

After that, it's up to you............

Application and Selection Process

The first stage is to complete and submit your online application form. You will then receive an email letting you know if you have been successful and if so, when you can next expect to hear from us.

If you are successful at the first stage we will invite you to participate in a short telephone interview with one of our assessors.

After successfully completing Stage Two, you will be invited to come along to an assessment centre. Our assessment centres are a fun and practical way to show you what we're all about. At the same time it gives us an overview of what you do well and an opportunity to identify any areas for development. You will participate in and be observed on a range of different activities either in a group or individually.
