Will RES help me to get a work permit?
Unfortunately, we can only accept applications if you can confirm that you are legally entitled to work in the UK. If you are invited to an Assessment Centre, we'll ask to see proof of this in the form of a UK or European Economic Area passport, or similar supporting documents. What is the deadline for applications?
The 2010 Graduate Programme application process will close on 12/02/2010 at 12:00 midnight.
What are your degree standard requirements for graduate applicants?
We require that candidates have a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree for our graduate entry programme.
Who do I contact if I have special requirements and need help filling in the application form?

I don't have access to the internet. Can I send my CV in the post?
Please don't post your CV to us. We only accept online applications, so you will need to complete the application form on this website. If you have limited access to the internet at home, most public libraries have online computers - or you could try your local internet café. If you are unable to complete an online application due to disability, please contact us by email graduates@res-ltd.com, or by phone 01923 299 200.
How many graduates do you take on each year?
The number of graduates we take each year is flexible. In general we take 6 graduates a year.

What is the assessment process?
If your application is successful you will initially be required to take part in a telephone interview. If successful, you will then be invited to an assessment day at the RES head office in Hertfordshire. This will include numerous selection activities. This process may be subject to change.
Will you reimburse my expenses to travel to the assessment centres?
Yes, RES will reimburse reasonable travel expenses.
When will I hear if I get a place?
If you are currently part of the 2010 assessment process, you will be contacted by RES periodically with an update on your progress
When does the programme start?
The programme starts at the end of September each year.
Will RES pay for me to relocate?
We will help to make your move as easy as possible. That includes information for letting agencies and anything else we can think of, we don't give financial support. The more flexible you can be in terms of location, the better.
Will I be able to choose where I work?
During the initial two year programme you are likely to be based at our award winning headquarters in Hertfordshire. Some of the placement may be in one of our UK regional offices or projects.
Will I get a chance to work abroad?
You will initially be based in the UK, but depending on where your development path takes you; there may be opportunities to take up placements in one of our international offices.
