How it Works
Each year we invite students to participate in a one to two week rotation programme at our head office in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. participants will gain experience in departments that contribute to the development of a wind farm and will be supported on a day-to-day basis by a RES buddy.
Our employees who act as buddies find supporting work experience students enormously rewarding too. And it helps RES with both recruitment and employee development, so everyone wins.
