If you own land that can accommodate a wind farm, RES can work with you to deliver projects of outstanding quality on your site, and provide you with an interesting additional income for the life time of the wind farm, which is typically between 20 and 25 years.

RES will develop, build and finance the project and offer you a risk-free commercial package, which can include rent and/or shares of revenue.

A range of issues must be considered when choosing appropriate sites. These include environmental and social aspects such as planning policies, environmental impact and proximity to homes, and also technical, engineering and economic considerations such as wind speeds, grid connection and ease of access. If the analysis is promising, in-depth studies will be carried out before the project is taken through the permitting process. Once the project gets consent, it can be built and RES will carry out regular maintenance inspections to make sure that it operates effectively.
